Bought a stethescope with her name engraved, as a present to my daughter who is starting PA school. When I received it I thought they forgot to engrave it, but eventually by tilting it just so in the right light I could make out the engraving. It looked nothing like the sample on their website. I called and the rep acknowledged that the engraving is almost unreadable because of the type of finish on the scope I chose. I mentioned that it looks nothing like the example on the website and she said the model I chose is newer and they haven't gotten around to posting a picture. I asked why they don't at least inform someone that the engraving will be unreadable if I chose this model and she had no answer. Basically told me too bad no refunds, not even for the unreadable engraving for which I paid extra. Terrible customer service. Don't patronize this company.
